sata1: interface fatal error typically indicates a transmission error of some kind - either in the cabling, the connectors (on the mainboard or the disk/device) or a failing controller.
To rule out the disk as the culprit you could swap it out for another, and monitor whether or not the errors return.
Try re-seating your cables and see if that makes any noticeable difference; if not, consider replacing them completely.
It’s also possible that a SATA connector is damaged, or loose-fitting, in which case moving the disk to another SATA port might produce favourable results.
Check for all these scenarios.
