Inxi is showing that the Ethernet state is up. Have you tried the troubleshooting guide noted above? Maybe you have a DNS issue? Check your Ethernet connection settings in Network Manager. I am running Xfce, but right click network manager applet here and Enable Networking is checked.
You could try edit connections, remove the connection and recreate the Ethernet connection and reboot, maybe?
Are you using firewall or other security software. If so, try disabling and see if that is causing the issue.
Also, if you get up and running, note that kernel 6.5 is End of Life (EOL). It would be a good idea to switch to a LTS kernel, either 6.1 or 6.6 and make certain that your system is fully updated.
