Hey guys, am new here. I have encountered this error after installing php with pacman. I cannot be able to verify my php version or updated the os because it’s giving me the same error with some files.
You always need to update before you install new packages. This is a requirement with rolling release distributions.
Since you mention that you can’t update, download the lastest available image for your device, flash it and update. After that you can install new packages. Do not use an older image.
If you want to fix your current image, you would need to provide more information about your update problem.
