Persian/Arabic fonts are not shown correctly

everythong was ok untill i installed and then uninstalled deepin file manager and all its depandacies. now my system doesnt show Arabic/Persian fonts correctly

forgot to mention that i also updated my extensions. i dont know what caused the problem
