Parse_vt_settings cannot open /dev/tty0 (permission denied). What to do?

I just can’t start my laptop. Suddenly after a reboot no login screen is appearing. What to do?

I already tried restoring using timeshift and it didn’t work.

How do I solve it?

I don’t know what was the problem but I ran the following in tty2 and problem was solved.

sudo mhwd -r pci video-linux video-vesa video-modesetting
and then,
sudo mhwd -i video-linux

I am guessing installing video drivers from manjaro settings’ hardware configuration caused the problem.
