I’m trying to enable VRR for my freesync monitor connected to my PC.
Currently, i use both a freesync capable video card (AMD Radeon RX 570) and a freesync capable monitor (Acer XF240H).
From the arch wiki post on VRR i should be able to see from using the command xrandr --props that the results should show a bunch of parameters like vrr_capable, but in reality for me, I’m getting very cut down information.
The output of xrandr --props is:

I still carried on enabling freesync through the AMDGPU config file but when i reboot and check my monitor to see if freesync was enabled, i was met with no results.

and post some more information so we can see what’s really going on. Now we know the symptom of the disease, but we need some more probing to know where the origin lies…
An inxi --admin --verbosity=7 --filter --no-host --width would be the minimum required information for us to be able to help you. (Personally Identifiable Information like serial numbers and MAC addresses will be filtered out by the above command)
