Hi everyone,
i recently switched from Manjaro Gnome to Manjaro KDE.
With Gnome i never had any problems using Pamac to manage my installed software, everything was fast and worked as expected.
However now on KDE, when i execute pamac update the Synchronizing package databases... step takes a really long time (about 1 or 2 minutes) mostly due to community.db and multilib.db.
I already tried out a few solutions that i found on other pages/ threads.
At first i switched my DNS Server to 1.1.1.1.
Then i executed sudo pacman-mirrors -g as recommended here.
This didn’t solve the and updating the databases took again a long time.

I know i have the chaotic aur repository enabled, but this is not the one that takes so long to update, trust me.
I also found this thread.
It recommends selecting the fastest mirrors by executing sudo pacman-mirrors -c Global but this made the whole thing even worse.

At the end the author said, that disabling IPV6 did the trick and indeed it does also work for me.
Now synchronizing the databases is a matter of seconds again, just like with Gnome.
But i would like to keep IPV6 enabled, so my question now is, what could be wrong with my IPV6 configuration?
I left everything in the settings on default:

Edit: My ISP is using DSLite if this could make a difference!
Edit #2: I just noticed that after i disabled IPV6 Heroic Games Launcher is also able to download games again. This had not worked before (even though it worked on (my network config on) Gnome).
