Pamac tray icon missing on Cinnamon 2025-02-06

Hello.
Pamac tray icon missing on Cinnamon as of 2025-02-06.
The incident occurred after big update of yesterday.
I had difficulties to delete 6.12 kernel and uninstalled linux-meta and linux-nvidia-meta manually to be able to delete 6.12. Currently I am running on kernel 6.13. I don’t think this is relevant to the problem but just incase…
After several all failing attempts to solve the problem, I have reverted my system o 2 days earlier time by timeshift but pamac tray icon is still missing. I re-update the whole system to the newest. Re-install pamac and related packages, clear all cache files but no luck.
When I open the Add/Remove Software from the cinnamon menu everything seems to be working. But still don’t have tray icon.
I would like to get your suggestions for a solution.
Thanks in advance.

Is
System Settings → Startup Applications → Update Notifier
set to active?

Kernel 6.12 is an LTS that will be supported until ~2027.
6.13 on the other hand will be EOL in some weeks.

In whatever case I doubt the kernel is related.

What pamac packages are we talking about?

pacman -Qsq pamac

If you have pamac-gtk3 installed, install pamac-gtk instead.

It was totally my mistake.
Thanks a lot.
Update Notifier was in disabled state. After making it active again everything reverts to normal.
This is the solution for my case.

6.12 is not marked as LTS in my system. I keep 6.6 for being the latest LTS kernel. Is there something I miss?

libpamac
libpamac-flatpak-plugin
libpamac-snap-plugin
pamac-cli
pamac-gtk

by the way.

pamac-gtk is installed.Thank you.

Likely you are just relying too heavily on the output from MSM, instead of the actual kernel status according to upstream. MSM will reflect 6.12 status as an LTS after some updates.
