Pamac slow, connection errors, sometimes failing

Hi, Sorry if this post doesn’t belong here. Recently I have installed Manjaro, and seemingly out of nowhere Pamac has started throwing out a ton of network unreachable errors to mirror.dacentec .com Some packages install, but some get stuck on that error repeating. I would send a log, but unfortunately I cannot, as it includes links.

try this:
sudo pacman-mirrors -g
sudo pacman -Syyu

That appears to have fixed it, but it still says

unable to lock database
Failed to synchronize databases

every time I start a transaction. Do I need to worry about this or can I just ignore it?

try this, and see if it helped:
sudo rm /var/lib/pacman/db.lck
sudo pacman -Syyu

Sorry for the late response, it says that no file was found.

Nevermind, it appears to have went away after a restart.
