When I launch pamac using the icon in the system tray, I get
pamac-manager[3449]: gdk_window_set_cursor: assertion 'GDK_IS_WINDOW (window)' failed
When I click on the same pamac icon while the windows is open but not in focus, hidden beneath another active windows (in this case Firefox), the window doesn’t come on top. the tab in the taskbar relative to pamac gets highlighted, though, and I get the following :
kwin_core: Cannot grant a token to KWin::ClientConnection(0x5d4504283860)
When I select the Preferences in the pamac window and I’m prompted to enter the password, I get :
kwin_wayland[1028]: kwin_core: Cannot grant a token to KWin::ClientConnection(0x5d45042258c0)
This one is a little more crooked, please bear with me. When I open the preferences, and am prompted for the password, then minimize the popup window prompting for the password, minimize the pamac window, then try again opening the pamac window using the icon in the system tray, the already opened pamac window tab in the tack bar gets highlighted, I open it, select for the same preference that triggers another password prompt window, a windows appears to inform me Authentication failed
; I then close it, go back to the fist one that I had minimized in the beginning and I select cancel. I get a core dump, and the pamac window closes, :

ELF object binary architecture: AMD x86-64
When I have flatpak enabled in the preferences, I get this line, each time I click on the system tray icon, even if the check for update option is not enabled :
pamac-manager[3449]: manager_window.vala:2436: /var/lib/flatpak/appstream/flathub/x86_64/active/icons/64x64/com.skype.Client.desktop.png: Failed to open file “/var/lib/flatpak/appstream/flathub/x86_64/active/icons/64x64/com.skype.Client.desktop.png”: No such file or directory
Which is strange, because I do not have any flatpak package installed, and I do not use skype - perhaps I installed it a long time ago, and uninstalled it, but still, it seems pamac still checks it. I’ve tried to disable and re-enable flatpack in the Preferences, but the error always comes back when it’s enabled.
I’d like to correct what triggers flatpak’s skype thing ; for the rest, it’s there to give feedback.
