Pamac: How to delay a package by terminal command?

MANJARO Update 20220203 delivers the new major version (14 → 15) for postgresql. I would like to delay the packages to get myself to undertstand pgupgrade first. Using the GUI, I could exclude the packages

ref. the rotating arrows for postgresql and postgresql-bin unlike the “checked” mark for postgresql-old-upgrade.
How can I define this by terminal command (as the GUI-setting seems not to be permanent)?
Thank you!

There is no terminal command. You must…

… add [the package] to the IgnorePkg section of pacman.conf

…which is all Pamac does. It will be permanent until you remove it.
