When I installed flatpak and flatpak-pamac-plugin on my kde minimal install I was confused as to why it didn’t work, I tried a reboot and fiddled around until I realised it was disabled by default. Why is this? if I go and explicitly install the plugin it should come enabled, no?
It would make a nicer experience for it to just work without configuring IMO.
