I am at a loss here
Install palemoon-gtk3-bin (unmaintained and orphaned) or use an up to date, maintained browser. See:
palemoon and the precompiled palemoon-bin are both still gtk2-based versions, but gtk2 has already long been dropped from the Arch and Manjaro repositories.
I would recommend trying the gtk3 variant, of which the precompiled version is palemoon-gtk3-bin.
pamac build palemoon-gtk3-bin
I would not recommend building it from source code — i.e. palemoon-gtk3 without the -bin — unless you’ve got a couple of hours to spare. Six years ago, I built a firefox from sourc…

You’ll need to import the PGP keys as it states. See:

I believe Palemoon is deprecated.
Also Python2 is outdated and outlived, you should remove these packages.

Please look at this thread…
@keepitsimpleengineer Please don’t create duplicate topics for the same issue. I’ve merged the two here.
Did you read the thread I linked you to?
It says that you should use palemoon-gtk3-bin instead of palemoon-bin.
It explains that there is a signature mismatch because the PKGBUILD refers to the wrong version of the package, and that by editing the PKGBUILD to point at the correct version, you can correct this.

editing the PKGBUILD
hmm, the problem is that I don’t know how to do…
It asks you what to do, and it tells you which one-key reply invokes which action. Pressing E will open an editor — usually nano — with the PKGBUILD file in it. Then just edit the string that needs to be modified, and press Ctrl X .
If it loads yet another file after that, press Ctrl X again. After that, the build will continue.

… but how I start? downloading the source from website? or with yay? or octopi?
never did something like that before…
now I go to sleep, it’s late here, maybe I will have a dream
yay, octopi, or even pamac-cli. They will all offer you the same option.
