Pacman gpg key problems

Due to gpg key problems I can’t install most software (yay for example)

error: yay: signature from "Helmut Stult (schinfo) <helmut.stult@schinfo.de>" is unknown trust
:: File /var/cache/pacman/pkg/yay-10.3.0-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.zst is corrupted (invalid or corrupted package (PGP signature)).
Do you want to delete it? [Y/n] y

I looked around on the internet for solutions and came to the help page on the wiki for pacman troubleshooting

Following the steps listed there doesn’t work (errors below)

  1. no errors

is there a solution in that thread? I can’t really understand 90% of the posts there

Il faut faire les actions 1, 3, 4, 2 dans cet ordre, en omettant l’étape 5.
You have to do step 1, then 3 then 4 then 2 in that order and don’t execute step 5.
