Package Manager Issues With Circle by Disney

I apologize for the lack of tags, but this is my first time asking a question within this forum. I originally was not having any issues with this system, but I accidentally left my computer to run overnight, and ever since then my system has not been able to install anything through the package manager, but I am still able to download steam downloads. I automatically knew it was the MyCircle system since my system had .db.sig files existed that were altered by the Circle System, as below I have pasted the contents of the multilib.db.sig below

I have already attempted to remove these files, even removing everything contained within /var/lib/pacman/sync/ and using pacman -Syyu to hopefully fix the issues contained within the system, but the system always returns this error

I’ve had success with this by connecting to another wifi source, but when opening the package manager, it still restores the corrupted files. I’ve attempted to refresh the pacman keys, but it puts the system into an endless loop filled with gpg errors. I’ve tried switching the pacman mirror and then using pacman -Syyu, but it still provides the “invalid or corrupted database (PGP signature)” error.

The db sig is an html file ?

What is this? The parental control thing?
How was this installed and configured?

To start off, multilib.db.sig is labeled as an html file, I know little about how the MyCircle system is configured, as the person who configured it is reluctant to share such information with me, and I have attempted both options available, option 1 still gave me the same error and option 2 set me into a seemingly infinite pacman-key refresh cycle.

Did you also sort mirrors?

sudo pacman-mirrors -f && sudo pacman -Syyu
