I installed openrgb, but every time I turn off the PC it loses the settings and I have to reconfigure it.
Is there a way to solve? Or alternative software?

Is it possible you’re trying to save the configuration somewhere other than ~/.config/OpenRGB/ as indicated by @cscs ?
