Only show screen output if loading everything (cursor, welcome screen, etc.) is finished. Currently, cursor appears, and after some time the welcome screen. We could also apply this at loading Gnome extensions (Like Desktop Icons loading way after loading into the desktop environment) We could also preload the wallpaper for the first-time startup for a better UI/UX.
