I changed my background on actvities overview by shell extension Vertical workspaces. It was working until some gnome updates. After than, I have only black background on overview and it doesn’t matter if is this extension on or off. Can someone help me with this bug?
Extensions like Vertical Workspaces and Vertical Overview may or may not work correctly. One of your extensions is causing the issue. Use process of elimination to discover which one.

You are right. User themes extension is doing that. Is it some another way how to use different theme for shell? Thanks.
The extension only enables support for custom GNOME Shell themes. Apparently you’re using one and it’s causing the issue.

Yes. Exactly. I use colloid gtk theme and this theme is doing that. Thank you for your help.
