I reinstalled manjaro KDE with Kernel 6.9.

Im glad that you could fix it with installing Manjaro KDE as i suggested. Just update your Kernel and you good to go.

Linux 6.9 is EOL

Linux 6.9 is EOL and will - at some point - be removed from the repo.

If you use Linux 6.9 and Nvidia or inside a virtual machine, it is of great importance, that you install Linux 6.6 or Linux 6.10 to avoid driver problems.
