I installed an app, called OBS studio from the official repositories, but it doesn’t even launch. The flatpak version launches and works fine. I’m suspecting that the problem with the app from the official repositories may be due to the fact that either dependencies or optional dependencies or maybe both don’t get downloaded and installed. Any help to get it to work would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Uninstall libva-vdpau-driver if you have it installed
You’ll need qt6-wayland installed.
You can always run an app from terminal to see what errors it spits out to help track down issues.
