Проблемы с NVME Kimtigo

Возникли сложности с выходом из сна на ноутбуке китайской фирмы thunderobot 911 air D.
Как я понял, ошибка возникает из-за того, что после сна устройство пропадает. После второго перехода в сон и последующих, устройство появляется и уже не исчезает. Стоит NVME SSD Kimtigo 256 Gb.
Нашёл похожую проблему и вижу, что писали патч, но как я понял в ядре должна быть информация о конкретном устройстве с которым возникает такая ошибка [PATCH] fix: nvme_update_ns_info method should be called even if nvme_ms_ids_equal return false
