I have a RTX 3090 and using driver 495. I have enabled hardware acceleration in Chromium. All the flags are working fine. Youtube is using “VDAVideoDecoder”.
It seems I am experiencing some sort of massive “flickering” issue in cloud gaming services such as Stadia and GeForce now. Here is a video of this flickering behaviour (Dropbox - PXL_20211114_004307821.mp4 - Simplify your life). The flickering only occurs when I am using hardware decoding. Software decoding is working perfectly fine.
Would be grateful if someone could give me some suggestions.
