but i’m already convinced that you’re using wayland and the open nouveau-driver.
BOTH do not work properly with your nvidia-gpu.
if this is a new install do a proper and clean install, choose the propietary driver from the install-routine and switch to x11.

in fact ! why do you use a real-time-kernel ? It’s already recommended not to use them as ordinary desktop-kernel. rt-kernels are a no-go unless you really know for what purpose you want to use and set up. keep in mind that this rt-kernels aren’t designed for general purpose.
this is comlete BS ! install and use a general-purpose kernel first !

okay now reboot your computer. hold the ESC-key pressed while boot. the manjaro menu of grub should appear. use the option “advanced options for manjaro linux”. once applied you’ll get to the menu where you can choose what installed kernel you want to use. switch to the desired kernel and boot into it.
note: you have to do this only once. the choosen kernel is set and will remain after all other reboot unless you change it again
