Nvidia driver big scaling desktop and don't work dual GPU

I am using Manjaro Linux with KDE on a laptop that have a Nvidia RTX 2060, and also brings the video card Intel integrated, when I install the Nvidia driver and I go to the settings of Nvidia I put the resolution that brings the monitor but the scaling of the icons, and window are very large, they look disproportionate with respect to the screen, and with the Intel video does not happen.

This laptop has two GPUs an Intel and Nvidia, if I try to configure optimus-manager and restart the laptop the operating system does not load.

I’m using x11 session and show me that is a session Wayland on display settings y uninstall Wayland session but it’s still showing that is Wayland session.
