I just upgrade both of my pc’s and I get error missing AUR packages: noto-fonts-compat
how to fix that?

There is no such package - as the message said as well.
What do you need it for?
You probably don’t need it. As well as nothing you have installed.
Remove it - … since you cannot update or even reinstall it.
