Not possible to update AUR virtualbox-ext-oracle or remove it

Hello,

I know there are several threads and the wiki, but with none of them I could fix my problem.

I have virtualbox installed and need the extension package.
My installed versions:

wolf@wolf-desktop:~$ vboxmanage --version
7.0.4r154605
wolf@wolf-desktop:~$ pamac search virtualbox-ext-oracle
virtualbox6-ext-oracle 6.1.40-2 AUR Oracle VM VirtualBox Extension Pack 6.1.40 (stable)

Always best to download it from their page, for the exact version of virtualbox you run.

Do a clean build. If you’re using Add/Remove Software (Pamac), remove the build folder; i.e.,

sudo rm -rf /var/tmp/pamac-build-exaveal/virtualbox-ext-oracle/
