Not Booting Recently Installed Kernel Version

I was playing around with different kernel versions for a while and ended up on an unsupported kernel. I want to switch to the most recent LTS one (5.10.70-1). In the wiki it says that Manjaro should automatically boot with the most recently installed kernel. I have tried reinstalling my desired kernel multiple times with no luck. I was using the GUI in system settings on Plasma desktop.

I looked on the forums and had people recommend holding the shift key during boot to get to a kernel selector. I tried multiple times but was never able to interrupt my boot sequence. Maybe my NVME SSD is just making my computer boot too fast.

I clicked on the button to report a bug, but figured I’d post on here first to see if I’m missing something.
