Not able to Update Manjaro

I had updated my system a few weeks back.
I am trying to update manjaro but getting the following error. do not know how to fix this.

Internet is working as I can browse internet.

The location ``` /etc/ssl/certs/ca-certificates.crt `` is empty.

Sorry for my mistake which raised this issue. Today I edited dnsmasq.conf and uncommented the following line which led to t his issue.

# conf-file=/usr/share/dnsmasq/trust-anchors.conf

I realized this and took the corrective action post which the above issues are gone.
