The North wallpaper was first introduced in the Stable Update for 2022-09-12.

I tried installing breath-wallpapers, but I still don’t have North.
It’s in the above mentioned package though. If you want to download and add it manualy, you can find it here.

no, it’s not - there is only bamboo.png and bambooatnight.png in it
But of course it’s just a picture and is available through your link.
PS: the old wallpaper has deleted
