Normal text is barely visible on dark themes, tried breeze dark and breath.
None of those color-shemes in the screenshot are Breath … but, apparently you also use Kvantum or something else than Breeze in Application Style. Those top buttons are not Breeze.
Sometimes you have to clean the ~/.cache folder and log out and back in so the “theme” related settings to be properly applied.
