NordVPN Manjaro Plasma/KDE (not working)

I installed AUR NordVPN CLI

nordvpn c  INT ✘
Whoops! Permission denied accessing /run/nordvpn/nordvpnd.sock.
Run ‘usermod -aG nordvpn $USER’ to fix this issue and log out of OS afterwards for this to take an effect.

If I run the command and logout and log back in, I still get the same error…

Any ideas ?

Is your user part of the group?

I just added it. Will log out and log back in

If not, then however you were trying to do usermod -aG nordvpn $USER was not working.
(all that command is intended to do is add your user to the nordvpn group)

Note : used Manjaro years ago and I was missing the " very powerful group / very active". My Debian Deepin just broked, it was difficult to get help, so I though : Let’s go back to Manjaro !
