No sound using pipewire

Hello
I installed manjaro for one year and i don’t have all the knowledge to diagnose the issue
After an update of my system, my audio is not working on my laptop and i have been looking for a solution for one week now. I tried to reinstall pipewire and wireplumber with no success.
Any help will be appreciated.

In the future, please use proper formatting when pasting terminal output. I’ve done it for you this time.

If you mean that i have to create an alsa-base.conf file in /etc/modprobe.d .
I have done it but that don’t fix my issue.
Thanks for your interest.
