No sound after update, although devices are shown

I had the issue that sound in Firefox and Zoom was broken. Weirdly VLC and MPV worked just fine. To fix I had to uninstall manjaro-pulse and install manjaro-pipewire and now everything works magically. This seems to be a known issue [1]

Neither Youtube nor other video hosting sites play any videos after this update. Offline AVI files do play but there is no sound. Sound settings manager doesn’t play the test sounds. However, when I log in after restart, the initial greeting sound effect plays but after that there is no sound. Edit: I discovered that when I mute the sound on Youtube videos, they start to play, but as soon as I enable sound a loading indicator appears on the video. Also, I noticed that all sounds work properly …
