This looks like possible disk failure (or bad corruption at least). Can you actually access data on it from a chroot environment? Also worth looking at the SMART status for the drive, from the Live Environment.
smartctl -x /dev/nvme0n1
Can’t remember if sudo is needed in the live environment, it sometimes is? Also, not entirely confident I’ve got the /dev/… path right (I don’t have nvme stuff); you’ll have to change it if not but won’t do any harm.
