I’ve been distro-hopping a bit and I returned to Manjaro only to find that Pamac displays “No Package Found” on startup. I am able to manually search for packages and install them and this happens with both pamac-gtk and pamac-gtk-dev. I assume this is an appstream issue, what exactly is the solution to this?
Have you tried updating the mirrors?
I actually just found a solution! I had installed my system using the Architect installer and it must’ve screwed up the archlinux-appstream-data package.
I just reinstalled the package and it works now. I’ll see about reporting this later.
