  1. manjaro-chroot -a
  2. update-grub

Does it find the Installation?

Welp, I reset my BIOS settings to default and that did nothing AFAIK since the issue is still there.

Just a thought, but maybe your BIOS need a primary boot partition? Your root partition is a logical one now, which contains /boot…
