No more install hints for ARM distributions?

A while ago I installed Manjaro Sway on the Odroid N2. It doesn’t run very stable, so I swapped back to Ubuntu Mate.

A while later I noticed a hint on the download page that I should install additional packages for more stability, but I had no time to test it. Now I have time, but the information is no longer available. Is it no longer necessary? If not, do I have to install Manjaro again or will it be added automatically on the old installation?

If you download and use the Odroid N2 specific images, then no further packages are required for a working system.

If you install a Generic image, then you might need to install on2-post-install to get some things working (like audio).
