I have a clean installation of Manjaro Gnome. In the settings, under keyboard shortcuts, I have set “Switch Windows” to be Alt+Tab. However, I’d also like to set Alt+Shift+Tab to switch backwards. This setting is not listed.

Check dconf editor, it has the missing keybindings.
