No Display Port Audio from Graphics Card after Update

Hi there,
i saw a quite similar thread here before, but the solution which was marked there doesnt fixed my problem.

After the last big Update of the Kernel and Nvidia Driver
(from Kernel 5.7 and Nvidia proprietary 440.xx to Kernel 5.8 and Nvidia proprietary 450.xx)
my Displayport Sound output device dissapeared. I also checked Alsamixer with sudo alsamixer.
It only shows my Steelseries USB Headset and the Mainboard Audiocard.

I already tried to reinstall the graphics driver, but nothing changed.
I also tried to boot with the old kernel, but that doesnt work either.
Any ideas?

I got No sound over HDMI after the same mentioned update (kernel 5.8 and Nvidia 450.xx)
Previous forum crashed (with all my topics)
The last update introduced additional issues.
Should I switch to Ubuntu? (I don’t know)

@RomanPerekhrest If you use the hybrid configuration, please refer to this thread.
