No card sound found Dummy output on XPS 13 9315

Hello everyone i’m newbie on manjaro and linux after most try and research for my problem i m lost. My problem and that I have no sounds and it is written that the card is dummy when I see the sound icon it is crossed out

I have already installed sof-firmware and reinstall pulseaudio I had tried on archlinux the same problem however on other distribution the sound works, when I plug in a bluetooth or usb headset everything works thank you for you help (sorry my bad english)

From recent comments there it appears that the kernel has been patched, but is not working for all users

I suggest first to update system BIOS - Dell Support - XPS13 9315

Then install kernel v5.19 if you have not already done so

sudo mhwd-kernel -i linux519

If audio is still not working as expected with kernel v5.19, try unloading and reloading the Sound Open Firmware driver, as suggested in the bug report

I would use an autostart script rather than a crontab to run at boot, and it might help to have a time delay

The work-around should not be needed for too long if sofproject gets the issue resolved
