I burned a bootable XFCE memory card using Bootable USB Writer, and inserted it into my Raspberry with an ARMv8 processor. However, the Raspberry won’t boot; it just sits there unresponsive like it has no power. It definitely does have power, though, since its LEDs are on.
Then it doesn’t find the boot sequence.
Die you try writing the ISO with the Original Raspberry imager?
There you can select your own image, doesn’t have to be Raspberry OS
I would start from scratch.
