No audio devices detected. (Fujitsu Lifebook U7411)

Hi all.

I have just installed Manjaro Cinnamon DE yesterday. No significant modifications have been made to the system, other than the built-in theming options.

I was trying to watch a video, when I realized that there was no audio.
I went into the audio settings and the only available output device was a non-functional device called
“Dummy Output”
