No 4k@60fps on ryzen 4500u laptop

I have attached a 4k monitor to my ideapad 5 with a ryzen 4500u. It runs on 30fps only, but it’s not due to my hardware since on windows I get 60fps. Any ideas?

See your monitor settings in System Settings.

And give more information about hardware and measurement method. Without it, no one will be able to diagnose the problem and help.

This is my hwinfo output:

In my system settings I can select the frame rates 24fps, 25fps and 30fps. I do not have any other measurement method, but it seams plausible since pointer movements etc do not seem as smooth as on my main display and on windows there is no such issue.
