NICENESS of pulseaudio and pipewire

Hi,
On LXQT, I suddenly found it slowing down. I was suspicious of Baloo. I read and searched till I discovered using htop there are some pulseuadio and pipewire entries having a very high (I think) NICE value of -11

Others, 3 or 4 with value of 1, the rest including baloo 19. (some has no value next to them)
As far I could understand the lower the value the heavier or higher priority the process. So I can tell baloo is innocent and it is pulseaudio and pipewire.

Am I getting it right?
Sorry, tried to copy htop results but couldn’t.

What can I do to make them “reasonable” and get my machine working as it should?

baloo is a bad bear - it sucks your resource until you are dry.

That’s while indexing I think. I love it with dolpin! All baloo stuff in htop = 19, which means low priority.

here:

balooctl status  ✔
Baloo File Indexer is running
Indexer state: Idle
Total files indexed: 43,350
Files waiting for content indexing: 7,943
Files failed to index: 0
Current size of index is 892.57 MiB

as far as I understand from the above and NI = 19, it is not baloo that is causing the slowness, it might be the pulseaudio…?
( I am here to learn anyway, I will appreciate an explanation of the above)
