New user troubleshoot

Everytime i turn on my laptop it shows me this (warning or notification i don’t know)

after this message my device boots succesfully
how can i fix this issue so i won’t get this during boot

Recently I Switched from windows to linux and Manjaro is my first linux distro

i am new to the forum and i don’t know will this information will help me or not but here is my device specification which i got from NEOFETCH command

Which filesystem are you using?
You must boot the Manjaro USB stick and blkid on console.
Run fsck /dev/sda2.
