That issue was solved btw,
and I switched to rsync://ftp.tsukuba.wide.ad.jp/manjaro because it updates more frequently

that’s because the mirror I used to sync from syncs slowly… it should be updated in sometime
it’s syncing from a new mirror now… should be done after sometime

hmm… looks like the mirror I am syncing from used a different directory structure… so nginx was hosted at a different directory. Its fixed now 
it’d take some time for it to sync again
