Why create new version ISO 24.1.2 without new stable release? You usually create new ISO after stable annocument. What new interim release have that yo fuorce to create new ISO?

The ISOs are only snapshots, and 24.1.2 Xahea is still the current Stable release version as I am writing this.
The team is currently working on a 24.2 release (called Yonada), but this is still a work in progress, and its final version will either follow or coincide with the next Stable update.
I believe the newest ISO coming is mostly changing kernel 610 is EOL
