New dark theme for the forum available

I thought it was added already, but it seems not to be available yet. @bogdancovaciu what was the status of the simpler dark theme?

I think adding back the default dark discourse theme would be good for those making custom forum theme.

It was the default discourse theme. It seems was disabled and not sure, but the footer had a custom css and that is nowhere for me to find.

So if you would add it back the footer looks bad?

It needs some work to look clean

Ah ok well for the time being I made some adjustments to the regular Material dark2 theme (via Stylus browser-plugin), like:

.d-header {
    background-image: none;
}
#footerbg {
    display: none;

Okay, I think I enabled some version of the dark theme without the footer.
