NetworkManager and dhcpcd is running what happen if you sudo systemctl disable --now dhcpcd only 1 should be running Wiki

whether it shows similarities or whether the links there will help you.

Kernel Version: 6.6.1-1-MANJARO (64-bit) / by the way. why it is showing here 6.6.1 while in kernel panel it shows that the version installed and running is 6.6.3?
