Internet connection is way too slow

Hello, since several weeks my internet connection is very slow. Youtube videos take several minutes to load sometimes. Other times the loading stops and it just says “no network connection”. At other occasions I was not able to participate in BigBlueButton meetings because I was being logged out constantly. Even googling sometimes just cancels at show only a white screen. I do not have those issues on my ipad, which uses the same network. I tried several browsers, e.g. Firefox and Vivaldi. …
